DWI Penalties | Keeping Your Driving Privileges | Drunk Driving Charges for CDL Holders
Texas Driver’s License Suspension Defense Lawyer
In Texas, if you are arrested for drunk driving (DWI / DUI), you have two separate possible hearings: a criminal trial after which you can receive jail time and other penalties, and a hearing that you must request within 15 days to contest an Automatic License Revocation (ALR).
In addition to representing you in criminal court for DWI, Houston attorney Jason Sughrue, our Sughrue Law Firm lawyer, will represent you in an ALR hearing. We will keep you informed throughout the process and work to help you maintain your driving privileges.
