Jail Time: You face a minimum of 72 hours in jail (six-day minimum jail time if the police found an open container in the vehicle) and a maximum of six months in prison.
Fine: You may receive a fine of up to $2,000.
Community Service: You face a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 100 hours of community service.
Criminal Record: You may have a conviction for a Class B misdemeanor on your criminal record.
